SMS Program Terms — Gaonkar Labs LLC

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Gaonkar Labs LLC sends appointment confirmation and reminder text messages on behalf of the small businesses whose phone lines we answer. Messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

OPT-IN

You opt in by verbally agreeing during a phone call when our assistant asks whether you would like a text confirmation of your appointment. Your consent is recorded in the call transcript. We send messages only to the number you provide.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Typically one to two messages per appointment (a confirmation, and where applicable a reminder). Message and data rates may apply.

OPT-OUT

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a final message confirming the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact sidarthgaonkar@gaonkarlabs.com.

Consent is not a condition of booking any appointment or purchasing any service.

PRIVACY

Phone numbers collected through SMS consent are used solely to deliver these messages and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
